Dietitians are a curious breed of healthcare providers. While doctors and nurses share medical procedures and interesting patient cases, dietitians swap recipes and success stories of their patients’ health journeys.
We enjoy food and health, so sharing recipes seems a natural fit for us. Since summer officially kicked off almost a week ago, I’d like to share some summer recipes from a few of my colleagues.
Many of them have blogs like mine. Feel free to sign up for their newsletters if you’re interested. Some are more “plant-based”, while others are equal opportunity eaters like me. I’m sure you’ll find a few that you’ll enjoy again and again. Bon appetit!
